**ELECTRICAL DESIGN TECHNICIAN**
We are currently seeking an Electrical Design Technician to work closely with Project Managers in developing and bringing to production innovative, reliable, and high-quality ambulance vehicles. The technician will be responsible for the electrical design of systems installed in our ambulances.
**Main Responsibilities of the Electrical Design Technician**:
- Create electrical system concepts, schematics, harness drawings, and component designs.
- Perform analyses and make adjustments as needed for engineering changes.
- Select components to meet vehicle needs and regulatory standards.
- Assist the Production team with the installation of new parts and assemblies.
- Support the Customer Service team in resolving technical issues.
- Propose new methods to enhance the experience for customers, team members, and improve work methods.
**Qualifications Required for the Electrical Design Technician Position**:
- DEC in Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Electronics, or relevant experience.
- 3 years of experience with electrical schematics and harness drawings.
- Experience in a production environment and in the road vehicle industry (an asset).
- Knowledge of Zuken E3.Cable design tool (an asset).
- Functional spoken and written English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a rigorous approach.
- Autonomy, initiative, and team spirit.
