**About the Job Title**:
Reporting to the Programs Manager, the Data Management Coordinator works closely with the full VFC team and is responsible for accurately collecting, organising, analysing and reporting data required by funders, staff and leadership. The Data Management Coordinator is a critical role, and pivotal to the creation and maintenance of data informed operations.

This role will be a key part of our Project Management team with ample opportunities for growth and development.

**Your Entrepreneurial Skillset**:

- In-depth knowledge of an academic or technical discipline normally acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Maths, Statistics, or a data analytics certification;
- Computer competency in database management software, word processing, and spreadsheets, including Excel and HubSpot;
- Knowledge of Zapier;
- Experience working with sensitive and confidential information;
- Accuracy in written work and data-entry;
- Proficiency with Google Workspace/Gmail, HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, and the Windows operating system are assets.
- The ability to carry out primary/secondary research
- Attention to detail
- Collaboration and teamwork

**Role Responsibilities**
- Provide support to all Development and Program staff with report development and data pulls as related to fundraising, impact, and communications;
- Support program management and maintenance of CRM data;
- Develop reports for statistical analysis of fundraising and program operations;
- Responsible for the creation and reporting of monthly and quarterly reports for Government funded programs;
- Analyse programmatic data, stakeholder surveys, mapping the data between various source systems;
- Ensure that proper documentation is captured, maintained, understood by and available to staff and/or partner organisations;
- Manage and triage data requests from staff and stakeholders.

Venture for Canada is committed to providing equal pay for equal work with salaries in line with industry standards. The salary for this position is $50,000-56,000.
