**Req ID**: 261097 We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA). **Must perform the following**: - Provide administrative and technical support of a clerical nature as required to those project teams - Track project change requests - Maintain and update relevant project information in manual and/or electronic files; project information might include such things as project activity schedule, status reports, correspondence - Use computer tools, aids, system control languages on PCs, minis, or mainframes to perform work - Communicate with project management and data processing professionals, technical users and end users on administrative matters related to the project - Perform any other work related to this category **Mandatory Requirements**: - Must have at least five (5) years of experience in the role of Project Coordinator - Must have three (3) years of combined experience within the last seven (7) years supporting Information Management / Information Technology Projects - Must have at least three (3) projects within the last seven (7) years coordinating projects with multiple (>5) stakeholder groups - Must have three (3) years of combined experience within the last seven (7) years maintaining project schedules and activities **Other Requirements**: - Must have a valid Canadian Federal Government - Secret Clearance **About NTT DATA Services** **NTT DATA Services is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without regarding to race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, physical or mental disability, veteran or marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
