**This Specialty Sales Associate Position Is For You, If You Would Enjoy**:

- Working at our Boutique Stores, selling high-end, high-quality merchandise
- Contributing in achieving store goals in sales, productivity and service by utilizing our selling skills, service training and standards
- Representing various luxury brands to the customer and acting as a Brand Ambassador for the brands to ensure needs are consistently exceeded
- Have open/flexible availability - early mornings, afternoons, late evenings (weekdays and weekends) and holidays
- Work a part-time schedule
- Working in our Duty Free stores at** Toronto Pearson International Airport**

**Specialty Sales Associate Key Responsibilities**:

- Acknowledge and greet customers
- Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees and store management
- Know basic store layout to assist customers in their selection of product and be able to answer customer questions about the entire store
- Effectively operate a cash register
- Follow all company policies, cash handling policies, and special store loss prevention procedures
- Communicate pricing, out of date and inventory issues with management
- Protect all company assets, stock merchandise in stores and backrooms
- Isolate, sort, and organize all damaged and outdated products and returns and inform management of any out-of-stock situations
- Help maintain a neat, clean, organized store, which includes sweeping, dusting, straightening of merchandise, and trash removal
- Places stock orders, receive freight, load, and unload trucks
- Provides ongoing stock replenishment to the sales floor
- Assists in inventory and reconciliation of inventory variancesPerform related work as assigned

**Required Qualifications**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities
- 2 years retail experience, preferably with luxury brands
- Proficiency in the operation of a cash register
- Excellent customer service skills and demonstrable experience in dealing with difficult customers
- Excellent verbal communication and relational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Be able to lift 40-60 pounds
- Ability to work in environment exposed to the elements, both hot and coldGood time-management skills and problem-solving abilities
