Greet customers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner as the first point of contact.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly, direct calls to appropriate staff, and take accurate messages.
- Provide general dealership information and assist with customer inquiries.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area.
Administrative Support
- Schedule and confirm sales, service, and finance appointments.
- Assist with daily correspondence, filing, and data entry.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and inter-office communication.
- Support sales, service, and finance teams with administrative tasks as needed.
Sales & Service Coordination
- Notify sales staff of customer arrivals.
- Direct service customers to advisors or waiting areas.
- Update appointment logs and ensure service advisors are informed of schedules.
- Assist in processing basic paperwork (e.g., guest information forms, test drive sheets).
Dealership Operations
- Monitor and maintain office supplies at the front desk.
- Track and record customer visits, calls, or messages in dealership systems.
- Ensure confidentiality of customer and dealership information.
- Assist with dealership events, promotions, or community functions when required.
Professionalism & Communication
- Represent the dealership’s brand with courtesy and professionalism at all times.
- Maintain strong communication with all dealership departments to support smooth operations.
- Uphold dealership policies and deliver excellent customer service in line with company standards.
Process vehicle registrations, license plates, and transfers in compliance with provincial/state requirements.
- Prepare and file all necessary documentation for ownership changes
- Verify customer identification and ownership details for accuracy.
- Maintain licensing records and communicate with regulatory offices as required.
- Stock in new vehicles into the dealership’s inventory management system.
**Requirements**:
- Has to have vehicle licensing experience
Pay: $20.00 per hour
