**Duties**:

- Research, Create and Manage a portfolio of goal-driven campaigns for a large range of topics
- Analyze and optimize campaigns using a combination of internal and third-party analytics to maximize performance
- Using internal tools to optimize bids and campaigns
- Perform market and keyword research to identify industry trends
- Monitor traffic throughout the day to ensure performance
- Working with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms
- Writing captivating ad text for search and display ads

**Essentials**:

- Fundamental understanding of online marketing and its various implementations (ex: PPC, Display and CPA)
- A self-starting mentality that takes ownership and pride in their work, with the ability to work extra hours to accommodate an always active online world
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Analytical and data driven

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience in running online marketing campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any other major online Advertising platform
- Google Ads Certifications
- Bing Ads Certifications
- Understanding of basic SQL commands
- Experience with multivariate or A/B testing
