We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help drive our continued success.

Position Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods from origin to destination, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Act as a point of contact for our carrier network, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to secure competitive pricing and optimize transportation costs.
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers on the status of their orders.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and other logistics-related documentation.
- Identify potential problems or delays in the supply chain and work with stakeholders to find solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of all shipments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, shippers, and other logistics partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of freight shipping processes, including LTL, FTL, and intermodal transportation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with our carrier network and communicate with our clients when necessary.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with TMS (Transportation Management Software) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
