**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse SAP Data Entry Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries by entering data into the warehouse management system. This role involves ensuring data accuracy, supporting warehouse operations, and collaborating with team members to streamline processes. This role reports to the Warehouse Manager and SAP Team Leader.
**Responsibilities**:
- Input inventory data, shipping information, and order details into the warehouse management system.
- Verify and cross-check data accuracy between physical inventory and digital records.
- Generate and distribute reports for warehouse operations, including inventory counts and shipment statuses.
- Assist in tracking incoming and outgoing shipments and updating records accordingly.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to resolve discrepancies in inventory or shipment details.
- Maintain organized files and digital records for audits and reporting purposes.
- Adhere to warehouse safety protocols and ensure data handling complies with company standards.
- Provide administrative support to the warehouse team as needed.
- Perform other duties and adjustments as needed, at the company’s discretion.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- College degree or above
- Knowledge of SAP system will be an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially in Excel and Word skill
- Data Entry Skills and General to Advanced math Skills
- Background and knowledge of Accounting will be extra asset
- Demonstrate attention to detail, thoroughness and independent problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- ** Must can read, write and type in Chinese**:
- Previous Experience in Supermarket/ Food wholesaling industry will be an asset, but not mandatory
