**Responsibilities**:

- Support the planning and execution of in-trade and retail programs, competitive reviews and research nationally
- Maintain digital platforms according to the marketing activity calendar. This includes website updates with relevant materials, optimize SEO strategy and monitor results for continuous improvement
- Support the development and execution of the monthly content calendar; this includes supporting influencer engagement and outreach where needed
- Update e-commerce platforms with new products, pricing and promotions, including the maintenance of an in-house sales rep ordering portal
- Submit required project creative requests to ensure design has complete information and adequate lead times to deliver materials ahead of required dates
- Proofread materials ahead of print or going live to ensure delivered materials and digital content is free of errors and meets the brand objectives
- Support the Trade Marketing Manager by: maintaining point of sale materials (i.e. sell sheets), coordinating product drops and ensuring materials are ordered on shipped for in-market trade programs
- Work with inventory to ensure programming tools are in sufficient stock, product sell sheets are up to date & accurate
- Organize fulfillment as new products arrive or ahead of in-trade programs. This includes coordinating the execution of trade programs, ensuring the sales team has all required materials ahead of the program start date
- Liaising with the Trade, Digital and communication team to develop programming assets while assisting in inventory, POS and POP requirements nationally
- Assist in planning and execution of samplings, events, ambassador training, industry events
- Drive successful execution of brand plans within Ontario and core out of province markets
- Develop presentation tools, sales kit materials and tools
- Perform administrative responsibilities associated with overall brand portfolio as assigned
- Be constantly learning and staying up to speed on social media updates, trends, and emerging platforms
- Ensure a solid understanding of national programming, execution of the plan and results
- Work on special projects as determined by Trade and Brand leads

**Skills & Experience**:

- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or other relevant programs
- 2 years of experience supporting marketing, creative and/or sales teams
- Detail oriented proof-reader with an ability to understand and maintain a consistent brand voice
- Experience working with Shopify or other web or newsletter building platforms considered a plus
- Experience supporting a CPG brand marketing team, beverage alcohol experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a cross functional, multi skilled environment
- Creative, open minded and action orientated
- Naturally curious about real insights, trends and culture
- Demonstrate personal accountability in strong, on time project delivery
- A proactive initiator with a hands-on attitude, flexible with an ability to balance lofty goals with the resourcefulness required to achieve results working with a small team
- Continuous improvement mindset, able to take direction and feedback with stride.
