**What We Offer**:
**Compensation Breakdown**:
- Base salary is $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience and performance.
- Bonus program amounts to $10,000 - $15,000 per year depending on the financial performance of the business. Results are rewarded.
- ** Our posted compensation range at minimum includes salary, with the maximum including full salary potential + bonus.**:

**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of general management experience in a high volume full-service restaurant.
