**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Oversee all bakery operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards.
- Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective team management and leadership practices.
- Conduct regular inspections of the bakery to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in bakery or restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team management and leadership.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Background in interviewing and training staff within the hospitality sector.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Previous experience in kitchen operations or barista roles is a plus.
