**Scope and Responsibilities**
- Must have a working knowledge and skills maintaining mine services and operating light equipment.
- Installing and maintaining tailings lines, de-watering pumps, and operating fusing machine. Additional duties will include general carpentry work and repairs to the camp and company buildings, garbage pick-up, and general site clean-up. Maintenance to site septic / sewage systems.
- Must demonstrate proficiency operating light vehicles, including snow removal, sanding, performing general labour duties in all weather conditions and perform other duties as required and assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualifications**
- Promotes safety and follows company procedures.
- Surface Miner Common Core
- Experience with power tools, chainsaws, water pumps and gen-sets is considered an asset
- Valid class G driver’s license, DZ license an asset
- Verbal and written proficiency of the English language
- Able to perform manual labor

The position offers a competitive remuneration package consisting of hourly wage: $39.68, health & medical insurance, retirement savings plan and travel allowance. Meals are provided while at the mine site.

Please note, that all job offers are conditional upon successful completion of a pre-employment medical which includes drug and alcohol testing.
