**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate dump trucks to transport various materials, including dirt, gravel, and construction debris.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Load and unload materials safely, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and materials transported.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site managers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transport.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Perform minor automotive repairs and maintenance on the vehicle as needed.
- Operate heavy equipment when required for loading/unloading tasks.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid commercial driver’s license (A License preferred).
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation, particularly dump trucks.
- Familiarity with freight handling procedures and safety regulations.
- Basic automotive repair skills to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and supervisors.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
