**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare drywall surfaces for finishing by cleaning and smoothing as needed.
- Sand finished surfaces to achieve a flawless finish ready for painting or other treatments.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and painters, to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Perform caulking around edges and joints as necessary for a polished appearance.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Assist in other maintenance person tasks as required during the construction process.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Drywall Finisher or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading is essential for understanding project layouts.
- Familiarity with various drywall techniques and materials is preferred.
- Experience in construction painting is a plus, enhancing overall project quality.
- Background as a carpenter or maintenance person is advantageous, providing versatility on the job site.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
