**Responsibilities**
- Perform lawn care & landscaping tasks (mowing, trimming, blowing, garden work, seasonal clean-ups, snow removal).
- Operate and maintain professional-grade equipment safely and responsibly.
- Work with precision, efficiency, and pride — no shortcuts.
- Communicate clearly, patiently and professionally with the owner and clients when needed.
- Step up: take initiative, solve problems, and learn to run jobs as a future Crew Leader.

- **Eye for detail** — cares about quality, neatness, and finishing touches.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
- Landscaping experience is a plus, but character and attitude are more important.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
