**THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE**
- Experience with equipment like graders, trenchers, and earthworks.
- Multiple construction skills (masonry, carpentry, etc.)
- Physical strength and stamina for hard outdoor work
- The ability to master new skills quickly
- Good time management skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Reliable transportation
- Year-round availability (including winter snow removal)
**IN THIS ROLE YOU WOULD BE**:
- Constructing patios, decks, fences, and other hardscapes
- Installing softscape elements and underground sprinkler systems
- Participating in morning safety meetings
- Continuously improving your tool and equipment skills
- Caring for and organizing jobsites, equipment, tools, and trucks
- In a “state of planned readiness” during the winter months for snow removal work (with a guaranteed monthly income)
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
- 2 years’ experience in landscaping construction or a related trade
- Skilled in operating skid steers, mini excavators, and other equipment
- Experienced in driving a truck and trailer
- High physical fitness and stamina
- Year-round availability
- Experience in snow removal (as a job, not for your neighbor)
