This position will be part of the Due North(Previously known as Minus Forty QBD Corp). Our organization is the leading manufacturers of quality refrigerated and frozen food & beverage merchandisers. **What you will do**
- Assist in product development: working on engineering proto-types, providing constructive feedback, proposing innovative solutions which will aid in creating a successful product.
- Create and track part orders for warrant/non-warrant customers to ensure that inventory is current and accurate.
- Diagnose and repair freezer units onsite.
- Determine and communicate the parts and services that are covered by warranty and clearly explaining additional costs associated with services that are not covered by warranty.
- Calculate and compile order-related statistics, and prepare reports for management
- Inspect units and components for defects, imperfections, or shortages.
- Install freezer components onsite.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and schematics for freezer units and individual components.
- Working closely with Customer Care to provide optimal customer satisfaction.

**What you have to offer**
- Completion of secondary school Completion of some college or other post-secondary programs
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position(preferred)
- Experience in refrigeration or similar equipment industry(required)
- Strong background in customer service
- Familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite( e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel)

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
