Are you interested in Accounting and have a knack with Microsoft Excel? If so continue reading Frontier is currently seeking an Accounting Office Administrator to assist our accounting team based in our head office located in the Fort Garry industrial park.
**As an Accounting Office Administrator, you will be responsible for**:
- Assisting the current accounting team.
- Administering and analyzing reports using MS Excel.
- Generating accounting reports using an internal software.
- Generating driver payroll reports and processing payments.
- Assorted ad hoc reporting and financial projects.
- Assisting accounts payable processing.
**You and Your skills**:
- Experience in accounting is considered an asset.
- Post-secondary education in accounting or related education is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Advanced Excel).
- Experience learning new software systems.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze and problem solve.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a faced paced environment.
