**Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Psychological Assessment**: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic, risk, and treatment planning evaluations. Responsibilities include administering standardized psychological tests and questionnaires, conducting clinical interviews, analyzing and interpreting data, preparing detailed reports, and providing feedback to clients, families, and the treatment team.
- **Psychotherapeutic Interventions**: Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy tailored to adolescents in secure treatment, with attention to complex mental health and forensic needs.
- **Interdisciplinary Consultation**: Participate in clinical and multidisciplinary meetings to provide consultation on complex cases, contribute to treatment planning, and offer psychological expertise to inform service delivery.
- **Clinical Training & Development**: Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and educational initiatives to build capacity across the interdisciplinary clinical team.
- **Administration & Documentation**: Attend agency meetings/trainings, maintain accurate and timely clinical records, ensure documentation is consistent with professional standards, and support the coordination of care.

**Qualifications**
- A Ph.D. in Psychology is required.
- Registered, or eligible for registration, with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario, in good standing.
- Strong clinical assessment skills in child and adolescent mental health, with experience in forensic and secure treatment settings considered a strong asset.
- Demonstrated proficiency in psychological testing, report writing, diagnosis, and risk assessment.
- Training and/or experience in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed approaches).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise feedback to clients, families, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated clinical experience, organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
- Flexibility and responsiveness in delivering services within a dynamic treatment environment.
