**Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our products and services to potential customers.
- Build rapport with residents and effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed individual sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and market penetration.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our products.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive demeanor.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in various environments.
