As an added bonus, you'll get to help bring the vision for our new Moose Jaw facility (construction beginning later this year) to life — an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Warner's Moose Jaw Dealership.

Your Mission:

- Provide day-to-day Leadership across Parts, Service, and Sales
- Be the go-to Sales Rep for our Moose Jaw branch — securing and growing Customer relationships
- Inspire, coach, and support a dependable Team
- Roll up your sleeves to problem-solve, pitch in, and set the pace by example
- Forge powerful relationships in the industry and community, earning trust and respect through your word and your work
- Help with the development of our new facility and bring our vision to life

What You Bring:

- Experience leading teams and managing operations in a Dealership, industrial or service-focused environment
- 5 - 10 years of success in B2B Sales - you're not afraid to chase opportunity
- Experience in Parts and/or Service operations is a major asset
- A strong sense of initiative - you take ownership, solve problems fast, and follow through
- A practical mindset and a people-first approach — you're not above any task
- A deep sense of responsibility and accountability for your results and your people
