Role Summary:
As the project coordinator/estimator, you will play a pivotal role working with the operations team to provide accurate estimates, schedule deliveries, and coordinate construction teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and coordinate teams and subcontractors for various scopes of work.
- Review and mark up architectural and structural drawings to identify scope, measurements, and construction sequencing.
- Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
- Track project progress and update schedules as needed.
- Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and clients.
- Assist in preparing tender packages and proposals.
- Use scheduling and estimating software to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- 1+ year experience in a construction scheduling or estimating role (formwork/concrete preferred).
- Proficiency with software (e.g., Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar).
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of construction sequencing, critical path scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Preferred diploma or degree in Construction Management, or a related field is an asset.
