**Job Description**:
Are you a natural hair product aficionado or would love to become one? Do you like to think, dream and talk about natural hair products and techniques for curly, wavy and coily hair? Then the Curl Analyst position is for you.

The Curl Analysts are responsible for the salon’s boutique. They welcome the clients and help them at all times with product questions and much more. They also give scheduled consultations (1hour) to give better guidance and recommend products to complete their current routine. Every Curl Analysts goes through a training period before being able to give advice to the clients.

Job Requirements:

- Passion for curls
- Customer service skills
- Patience
- Organization skills
- PRIIME (Program for Immigrants and Visible Minorities) letter of acceptance is a plus.

Curl Analyst tasks:

- Curl Host: welcoming clients, helping and answering clients questions,making products payments
- Making sure the boutique is always clean
- Product refill
- Product reception and organization

Au Spa de boucles Inhairitance, nous célébrons et nourrissons les cheveux naturels, bouclés, frisés et locsés. Nous sommes là pour aider dans nos clients dans leurs parcours de cheveux naturels; de la transition à l’obtention de cheveux de leurs rêves

Description du poste:
Vous êtes passionné(e) de produits capillaires naturels ou aimeriez le devenir ? Vous aimez réfléchir, rêver et discuter de produits et de techniques capillaires pour cheveux bouclés, ondulés et frisés ? Alors le poste d'analyste boucles est fait pour vous.

Les Analystes de Boucles sont responsables de la boutique du salon. Ils doivent accueillir les clients, les renseigner et répondre aux questions liées aux produits et bien plus. Ils offrent des consultations (1 heure) qui aideront à mieux guider les clients et donner des recommandations de produits pour compléter leur routine capillaire.

Exigences:

- Avoir une passion pour les boucles
- Compétence en service à la clientèle
- Patience
- Avoir le sens de l’organisation
- Détenir une Lettre du « Programme d’aide à l’intégration des immigrants et des minorités visibles en emploi » (PRIIME) est un atout

Responsabilités:

- Curl Host : accueillir les clients, assister les clients lors de leurs visites et répondre à leurs questions, traiter les transactions des clients
- Veiller à l’entretien et à la propreté de la boutique
- Procéder au remplissage de la marchandise
- Recevoir et organiser les produits

Horaire de travail:

- Temps plein
- Temps partiel
