We are currently looking for a **parts clerk**.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**UN OVERVIEW OF THE MANDATE**:

- Sourcing, creating, and submitting parts for the mechanical workshop;
- Ordering parts and processing incoming orders in the system;
- Organizing and storing parts in the appropriate bins within the workshop;
- Notifying the service department upon part arrivals;
- Billing parts for Land Cruiser vehicle production and for customers (counter and mining clients);
- Preparing shipping documents for machining and external repairs for the mechanical workshop;
- Billing diesel fuel;
- Ordering supplies for the mechanical workshop;
- Providing pricing and availability of parts to customers (counter, phone, and mining clients);
- Processing invoicing after receiving goods;
- Following up on repairs and inventory components;
- Ensuring follow-up on customer component repairs;
- Assisting other department employees whenever possible;
- Complying with health and safety rules and procedures;
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment;
- Performing other related tasks as required.

**GENERAL SKILLS**:
**YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR IF**:

- You followed a training as a parts clerk or hold a relevant experience in a similar role;
- You are confortable working with computer tools;
- You are resourceful and works well with mínimal supervision;
- You have a strong team spirit and enjoy working collaboratively.
