**Belvika Trade & Packaging Ltd.** is a leading one-stop contract packaging company, specializing in precision packing of dry foods, chocolate and confectionary products from multiple facilities totaling more than 500,000 ft2. A 30-year-old and 100% owned Canadian Company, Belvika has grown to be one of the largest co-packers of chocolate, confectionary and snack products in Canada. Belvika uses its extensive experience in managing both manual processes and automated equipment to handle primary and secondary packaging of products for some of the world’s best known confectionary brands.

Belvika is currently seeking a **Distribution Supervisor** **for its **Mississauga** facility to expand operations to support the company's growth.
- 11pm to 8am; supervising approximately 5-6 employees currently.
- Manage activities and direct staff associated with inbound/outbound shipments, plus pallet movements to and from the production lines.
- Ensure employees are following company processes, GMP and safety expectations.
- Address and solve issues that come up during the shift.
- Review planned receiving/shipping orders within Nulogy on a regular basis to ensure they are scheduled properly to meet available shipping/receiving and storage capacity, and that orders are closed in Nulogy.
- Ensure all documentation for shipping/receiving orders are generated including BOLs, Packing Slips, Receipt Sheets, and Shipment Breakdown reports.
- Work with the Inventory team to resolve location and quantity discrepancies, and the return of all unused production materials to various warehouses.
- Ensure all printed License Plates (LPNs) are completed post-production.
- Ensure shipments are entered into client systems and that all data entries and processes are completed (such as Delivery STOs and DNs), ensuring that quantity and items shipped match Company and Client ERP/SAP systems.
- Ensure the warehouse is always organized, clean and audit-ready.
- Assess new hires for capabilities using a Forklift/Reach, and overall company fit.
- Suggest process improvements where applicable.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your Manager or designate.

**Education/Work experience requirements**:

- 2-3 years supervisor experience in a distribution/warehouse environment (CPG, food and/or packaging experience an asset).
- College or University degree, or professional Logistics certification an asset.
- Previous Forklift/Reach certification or license an asset.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with GMP, Food Handling and Health & Safety principles.
- Experience with ERP Systems such as Nulogy, SAP, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
