**Warehouse Supervisor - Ontario Distribution | Join a Growing Industry Leader**

We’re looking for a **Warehouse Supervisor** to lead our Ontario distribution activities and drive excellence from inbound to delivery

**What You’ll Be Doing**

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee a team of 5-10 employees and take ownership of day-to-day distribution operations. You’ll be on the floor with your team coordinating order prep, shipping/receiving, and optimizing inventory flow using our WMS and ERP systems.

As a key frontline leader, you’ll ensure safety, productivity, and team engagement while supporting a positive workplace culture.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and motivate the warehouse team to meet productivity, quality, and safety targets
- Plan resources, workloads, and priorities using ERP and WMS systems
- Lead daily operations: receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and equipment use
- Promote continuous improvement, take part in problem-solving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
- Coach, train, and support your team’s development
- Communicate directly with customers—be a knowledgeable ambassador for our products

**What You Bring to the Table**
- College Diploma in a relevant field
- 5-7 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Certified on forklifts (reach truck experience is an asset)
- Proficient in ERP/MRP/WMS systems (D365 is a plus)
- Comfortable using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Physically fit - able to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is an asset)
- Strong math skills - especially with fractions and imperial units
- Knowledge of the distribution industry (experience with industrial/commercial insulation is a bonus)
