**Job description**

At Levy Zavet we consider our team to be well equipped to address any real estate matters, from simple closings of purchases, sales, mortgages, refinances and complex acquisitions, to acting on behalf of condo developers, home builders, mortgage lenders and private lenders, or as the trusted legal advisor to businesses on corporate and transactional matters.

We have Real Estate Clerk/Reception position available within our dynamic and growing firm.

**Responsibilities include and are not limited to**:

- The ability to work independently on all matters involving the preparation of standard and legal documents pertaining to real estate transactions; and
- Performance of administrative work related to files, including: opening of files, preparation of accounts and client billings, processing of payments, closing files and maintaining an active filing system.
- Preparing purchase and sale documents, and institutional and private mortgage transactions in Closer and Teraview.
- Meeting with and interacting with clients and referral sources, placing a high value on relationship-building and exceeding expectations.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Real Estate Law: 2 years (required)
- Closing Real Estate Transactions: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Law Clerk diploma or paralegal (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
