**Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk**

Devry Smith Frank LLP is an established, full-service law firm with over 50 lawyers. The firm has a broad-based practice which includes bankruptcy/insolvency, business law, commercial lending, commercial litigation, commercial and residential real estate, condominium law, employment and labour law, family law, immigration law, planning and development law, personal injury, wills and estates, and tax law.
- Diploma from a recognized Ontario Law Clerk program;
- At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Law;
- Experience working on complex real estate and land development transactions;
- Ability to handle files independently or as part of a team;
- Residential Real Estate law experience would be an asset;
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to work well in a team environment.

We are conveniently located in North York and provide all the advantages and amenities of a downtown firm in a relaxed, informal atmosphere. We offer an attractive remuneration package and an automated office with the full technical, administrative and peer support necessary to work on complex and challenging files.

**We require in-office attendance of at least 3 days per week.**
