Snow Plow Operator

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Operate snow plows and other related equipment to clear snow from roadways, parking lots, and walkways.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for snow removal tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance during operations.
- Assist in landscape maintenance tasks, including digging, building, and maintaining garden areas as needed.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing conditions to ensure timely snow removal.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment usage and hours worked.
**Qualifications**
- Proven mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary.
- Experience operating power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices, including irrigation systems.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy loads and work in adverse weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to equipment operation are a plus.

Pay: $28.74-$32.16 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 50 per week
