The Shore is well known for its friendly staff, good food and incredible view.

**The Shore**is looking for a fun, enthusiastic, positive, upbeat, responsible, reliable person to fulfil the duties of **SERVER**.

We strive to provide the best friendly, professional service while meeting excellent standards of food quality.

As a **Shore Server**, your duties and responsibilities will extend beyond that of a typical server. This will allow you, the server to expand your skill sets and work in a fast-paced environment with new challenges presenting themselves on a daily basis.

**The Shore Servers** must possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Experienced in the restaurant industry and able to maintain the highest customer service standards.
- Personable and friendly who make customers feel welcome every time.
- Excited and bring a positive attitude with them every day.
- Professional in their appearance and actions.
- Passionate about food and hospitality.
- Hard working, fast moving and able to keep pace in a busy work environment.
- Committed to success of the restaurant, the company and its employees
- An appetite for learning and flexibility to work a variety of shifts

**Qualifications**:

- Previous restaurant experience is a must
- Food and Beverage serving experience and personality
- Strong communication skills are an asset
- Mornings, Evenings, Weekends and Holidays availability is important
- Smart Serve Certification Required
