**Summary**

We’re looking for a **Warehouse Team Lead/Buyer** to join our growing team. This dual-role position requires someone who is **detailed**, **task-oriented**, and ready to take ownership of both warehouse operations and procurement responsibilities. You’ll help ensure our inventory is balanced, the warehouse stays orderly and safe, and that the team operates efficiently — all while delivering excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations with a focus on **order, efficiency, safety and customer service**:

- Perform **cycle counts** and manage inventory accuracy
- **Order inventory as required** to maintain optimal stock levels
- **Expedite** materials and shipments when necessary to meet operational needs
- Fill in as a **driver** when needed (must be flexible)
- Maintain warehouse **health & safety protocols**:

- Ensure the warehouse remains **orderly** and compliant with company standards.
- Operate a **forklift** (certification required) and manage materials movement.
- Support and collaborate with team members to meet goals and deadlines
- Use **TDG knowledge** to ensure compliance in shipping and receiving
- Adapt to evolving demands while maintaining structure and control.

- Strong understanding of inventory control systems, ERP software and barcode scanners
- Strong attention to **detail** with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Comfortable with **consistent change** and shifting priorities
- A proven **team player** with excellent communication skills and with a proactive, **flexible** approach.
- Flexible, **customer-service focused**, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a **structured, task-driven environment**
