About the Opportunity
We're looking for innovative individuals who can bring fresh perspectives to our team. We're currently hiring for a full time Concrete Foreman to join our team.
**Pay Rate**: $24.00-$35.00
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead crew members, providing guidance, instruction, and support
- Prep job sites, including, demolition, grading, excavation, and compaction
- Build and setup concrete forms
- Pour concrete and finish as per design
- Operate and maintain equipment; tampers, cut-off saws, skid steers, ect.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure proper project execution
- Work with other divisions within the company to complete projects
- Read blueprints and site plans

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years concrete experience
- Minimum 1 year experience driving a skid steer
- Must have class 5 license and clean drivers abstract
- Be a team player
- Good organization and time management skills
- Can stand, walk, and bend for long hours
- Work outside in various weather conditions
- Be open to a variety of different tasks that can differ day-to-day
- Must be able to lift 50lbs+
