We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced **Roof Repair Technician / Foreman** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting roofs, identifying deficiencies, providing comprehensive quotes to customers, and managing repair crews. Strong customer service skills and administrative capabilities are essential, as you will maintain good relations with customers while ensuring the smooth execution of repairs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct roof inspections to assess damage, deficiencies, or potential issues on commercial and residential properties.
- Prepare detailed, accurate quotes for necessary repairs, including materials and labor costs.
- Lead and manage repair crews, ensuring they have the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to complete repairs efficiently.
- Perform roof repairs, including leaks, damaged areas, and other roofing deficiencies.
- Work closely with Repair Coordinator to create repair schedules and communicate timelines with both customers and crew members.
- Maintain strong relationships by providing clear communication and excellent service throughout the repair process.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company guidelines while working on-site.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as tracking project progress, materials used, and job completion details.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Roof Repair Technician, Foreman, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of commercial and residential roofing systems, materials, and repair techniques.
- Ability to conduct inspections and accurately identify deficiencies and repair needs.
- Experience managing and leading crews on roofing projects.
- Proficiency in preparing repair quotes, ordering materials, and managing job timelines.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

**Skills**:

- Experience with various roofing materials and techniques (flat, shingle, metal, etc.).
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Physically fit, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable working at heights.
- Basic administrative skills, including project tracking and job documentation.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
