**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with their inquiries, placing orders, and providing accurate and efficient responses.
- Organize daily orders and ensure timely delivery to the kitchen.
- Follow up with customers, gather feedback to foster strong customer relationships.
- Handle and respond to customer complaints in accordance with our established guidelines and store policies.
- Working as a team player, help front server while peak hours.
- Communicate with driver, kitchen staff and store managers to ensure a smooth daily operation.

Qualifications:

- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service with a keen attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work on weekend

**Salary**: $16.75-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Weekend availability
