A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with professionalism and efficiency. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

**Job Requirements**:

- Help customers using zoom, facetime, over the phone or in person
- Serve as a customer service professional inputting order information, pricing, product information and catalog requests
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely, accurate and professional communication
- Work alongside executive staff members to streamline efforts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
