**Job Summary**
Western Power Train is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their automotive service needs. Your exceptional customer service skills and mechanical experience will ensure that our valued clients receive the best possible experience while maintaining their vehicles.

**Duties**
- Greet customers in person and on the phone to assess their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs to customers.
- Work with the technicians to recommend additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and transactions.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within an automotive dealership or repair shop.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
