**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Ensure that the warehouses operate at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction the primary goal by supervising, organizing and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals. Responsibilities include:

- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service;
- In-house and 3PL warehouse site management;
- Recruitment, training and managing warehouse staff;
- Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary;
- Arrange for maintenance of all warehouse equipment and delivery vehicles, as required;
- Perform regular inventory counts including cycle counts and audit trail analysis;
- Space Management;
- Oversee container/stock receiving and fulfillment of all outbound orders (wholesale and ecommerce divisions);
- Communicate with customers, sales and operations team;
- Ensure prompt communication with vendors to schedule pickups of materials and supplies;
- Source carriers and negotiate the best possible rates while maintaining service requirements;
- Coordinate with Sales department for processing and fulfillment of all POs/orders;
- Process and verify paperwork;
- Providing updates on deliveries to general management;
- Coordinating outbound transportation through 3rd party transportation companies;
- Managing vendor and customer relationships by accommodating preferences and maintaining professional level of communication;
- Complete order management, procurement, expediting, updating information in business system and status reports;
- Provide feedback to sales and business development on areas of opportunity; and
- Forklift driving (as backup to Forklift drivers) as needed.

**WAGE**:
CAD 70,000.00 per annum based on a 35 hours of work per week. Eligibility for annual salary increase and performance based bonus.

**EDUCATION**:
Bachelor Degree

**EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience;
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls;
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures;
- Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service;
- Highly organized with strong multi-tasking and time management abilities;
- Valid Driving license;
- Forklift certificate;
- High level of accuracy and detail with error-free orders;
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment;
- Entrepreneurial work ethic.
