We are currently seeking a Site Superintendent with an energetic personality, results oriented work style, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to details.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Quality control, sub-trade coordination, project scheduling, field cost control, and safety.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Translate scope into tasks and assign and schedule to staff and subtrades.
- Communicate with project managers on changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure OHS requirements are met on site.
- Perform carpentry tasks as required.
- Assist in generating estimates and proposals as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Journeyman's certificate in carpentry, valid drivers license, and criminal record check are all required.
- 1-2 years experience in a supervisor role.
- Experience in either the residential or commercial construction related field with an understanding of mechanical, electrical, architectural, and structural scopes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, organizational skills and ability to prioritize, and technical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with confidence, knowledge, and professionalism to build credibility with stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to perform manual labor.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
