Vollmer Inc., a leader in multi-trade construction and infrastructure services, is currently seeking a **Site Safety Coordinator** to support field and office operations in **Windsor, ON** on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a driven safety professional with hands-on experience in **training delivery, incident investigations, and Form 7 reporting** who thrives in both **on-site and administrative environments**.

**What You’ll Do**
- Conduct site inspections and hazard assessments to ensure compliance with OHSA and company policies
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety orientations, and training sessions to crews and subcontractors
- Complete and submit WSIB Form 7 reports and manage modified work documentation
- Lead or support incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action plans
- Maintain accurate and organized safety documentation, inspection records, and training logs
- Collaborate with site supervisors, project managers, and corporate H&S personnel to promote a proactive safety culture

**What You Bring**
- Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a construction or industrial safety role
- Demonstrated experience in conducting safety training and completing Form 7 reports
- Proven ability to investigate incidents and draft formal investigation summaries
- Knowledge of OHSA, WSIB, and construction site safety best practices
- Valid G Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Certifications in Working at Heights, First Aid/CPR, and WHMIS are required
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
