**Job Overview**:
Spartan Property Maintenance & Landscaping is seeking a skilled and creative **Marketing Specialist** to help scale our business to new heights. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our high-end landscaping and renovation services. This includes crafting compelling ad campaigns, managing online and offline marketing efforts, and driving customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Ad Campaign Management**:
- Design and launch targeted Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to attract high-value clients for big landscaping and renovation jobs.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- **Content Creation**:
- Develop high-quality promotional materials, including flyers, social media posts, and website content.
- **Social Media & Online Presence**:
- Manage and grow Spartan Property Maintenance’s social media accounts by posting relevant, engaging content.
- Implement strategies to increase followers and engagement.
- **SEO & Website Optimization**:
- Improve website rankings through SEO best practices.
- Ensure the site is optimized for conversions, with clear CTAs and portfolio showcases.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Create strategies to collect and promote customer reviews.
- Develop loyalty campaigns to retain existing customers and encourage repeat business.
- **Market Research**:
- Analyze competitors and identify new market opportunities.
- Track marketing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Performance Tracking**:
- Measure the success of marketing initiatives and provide detailed reports.
- Recommend adjustments to improve results.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, advertising, or related fields.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media platforms.
- Strong writing and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and website optimization.
- Experience in graphic design is a plus (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
