Role and Responsibilities

Specifically we are searching for hard working and loyal team members to join our ICF installation crews. This includes various work mainly consisting of:

- Primary: Installing ICF, Insulated Concrete Forms, both residential and commercial construction
- Secondary: Construction concrete form work for footings. Building basements with ICF Styrofoam blocks

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to comprehend and diligently follow instructions from team lead.
- Valid class 5 license (Drivers abstract will be required)
- Vehicle to travel to and from job site

**Qualifications**:
Individuals must display:

- Cohesiveness in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and leadership abilities
- Willingness to continually learn, develop skills and take on increased responsibility
- Perform work steadily, consistently, and efficiently without jeopardizing quality.
- Must provide basic hand tool
- Previous construction experience, especially concrete is required

Pay: $22.00-$40.00 per hour
