**Janitorial Operations Manager**

The operations manager is an integral member of our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the relationships with our existing clientele, mentoring and leading our cleaning employees, and helping with determining financial budgets and forecasting.
- **Tasks & Responsibilities**_
- Provide _direction_ and _leading by example_ to our cleaners
- Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships through routine followups, scheduled visits, and meetings
- Deliver supplies and equipment when required
- Complete quality inspections of our jobsites on a regular basis and to implement the necesscary course of actions based on findings
- Record and upload relevant inspection findings to CRM database
- Ensure cleaners/contractors receieve proper training to ensure both long-term client retention in addition to safety
- Ensure all cleaners follow all policies, protocols, and procedures
- Actively participate in recruiting process which includes but is not limited to: communicating current and future staffing needs to management as well as participating in interviewing potential hirees
- Investigates any incidents/complaints and acts appropriately based upon findings
- Evaluates the performnance of sraff members in addition to touching base with each individual to maximize each individual's performance
- Able to demonstrate the use of modern cleaning equipment and machines
- Complete and submit reports in an accurate and timely manner which include but are not limited to: payroll reports, safety reports, labor budgets, and supply budgets.
- Travel to various job sites and attend meetings as required
- Perform necessary cleaning duties as required (including cleaning where needed)
- **Requirements & Qualification**_
- High School Diploma
- Cleaning experience preferred
- Good communication
- Valid Canadian Drivers License
- Attentive to detail
- Able to work on weekends and late if required
- Leadership skills
- Basic computer and technological proficiency
- Dated criminal record check
- BSW certification would be preferred but not mandatory

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
