_**The Dirty Apron Delicatessen is looking to expand our team and is hiring for the position of prep cook - baking fresh pastries, fulfilling breakfast and lunch service and tending to daily catering orders.**_
- **About us: The Dirty Apron Cooking School & Delicatessen has been a hub in the lower mainland’s food scene for almost 14 years, feeding customers with award-winning sandwiches, seasonal salads, soups and more.**_
- **Our more recent grocery line of freezer meals has also made it into many local stores (30+) across BC. Best known for our recreational cooking classes, our cooking school teaches new and exciting dishes to over 10,000 foodies each year in our incredibly fun and educational teaching style..**_

- Good understanding and passion for fresh ingredients and producing great food every day.**_

- Eligible to legally work in Canada**_

- Must have 5+ years experience working in a professional kitchen in similar position**_

- Adapts easily to change; works quickly and accurately under pressure, understands tight deadlines**_
- **-Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment**_
- **-Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team or independently with minimum supervision**_
- **-Cleanliness and strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail**_

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.**_
- **Working hours: - Fri/ 8hr days/ start time 6am - 2pm.**_
- **Wage: $18/hr**_
