**Responsibilities**
- Installs replacement parts/equipment for a variety of fire sprinkler systems including valve rebuilds;
- Shut off/turn on systems for repairs;
- Troubleshoot facility equipment failures to ensure mínimal down time;
- Ensures timely and proper completion of all PM, CM and RM work orders;
- Flexibility to adapt to different work environments and changes in priorities;
- Ensures proper replacement parts are stored neatly and ensures parts are ordered in time for future use.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a steamfitter or pipefitter;
- Registered with Ontario college of Trades (427A) is required;
- Experience in manufacturing facilities as it relates to installing, modifying and repairing fire sprinkler systems;
- Promotes and exhibits strong safety practices;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Knowledge of codes and tools required to perform job functions;
- Ability to work at heights use Scissor lifts, Zoom Booms and Scaffolding;
- Ability to commute to Oshawa, ON for work;
- Valid Ontario G driver’s license.
