Electrical Journeyman

Course Electric Ltd. is currently seeking electrical journey person to join our team. We are currently seeking electricians with experience in mid-rise and high-rise residential. Persons must be punctual, organized, self motivated, and can work as part of a team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine electrical layouts
- Install and troubleshoot low voltage systems
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices
**Experience**:
- Journeyman/Journeywoman Electrician license or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience Ontario, in electrical work
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including: circuit wiring, installing conduit, fire alarm systems, install and terminate switchgear and transformers.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in electrical work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail -Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Pay: $44.00-$46.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
**Experience**:
- Journeyman Electrician: 5 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- 309A Electrical License (required)
- Working at Heights Certificate (required)
