Victoria, Canada Makodie Pet Care Full time

Makodie Pet Care is a unique in-home pet care service. We care for domestic, farm and exotic animals in a client's home while they're away, which includes animals with special needs (e.g. diabetes, epilepsy, old dog disease). The business has grown exponentially on word-of-mouth, referrals and recommendations alone.

We are looking for eager, compassionate, trustworthy and reliable individuals with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, enjoy being part of a team; but, trusted and comfortable working independently. Willingness to learn and must be comfortable around all types of animals.

Must love animals, be over 18 years of age, have a driver's license and own vehicle or bus pass, and be willing to provide references and criminal record check. The position starts as part time but can grow to full time -dependent on work ethic and dedication. You don't need a high school diploma or have a bachelor's degree. All you need is a good heart and love for animals. I will train.
