**Responsibilities**:

- Select appropriate coatings for each product and ensure that they are applied in the correct thickness and color.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure that it is functioning properly and to prevent contamination of coatings.
- Monitor product quality throughout the coating process to ensure that all products meet our standards for appearance and durability.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of coatings used, equipment maintenance, and product quality.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating powder coating equipment.
- Familiarity with a variety of powder coatings and their properties.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
