- Schedule services to prevent and resolve Route Sales issues and complaints
- Train, develop, and manage field and sales training to applicable staff.
- Manage flow of service requests to ensure customers are serviced in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct EOD Check-In / Check-Out process with Representatives to ensure daily expectations are met and employees are prepared for the day.
- Providing direct customer service and associated work preparation
- Expectation to increase new sales.
- Ensure completion and organization of all mandated paperwork and files.
- Other duties as required.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in Service Delivery Management or related capacity.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Industry related experience highly preferred.
- Valid DZ license highly preferred.
- Previous route driver experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Clean Drivers abstract.
