Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Install interior railing systems according to specifications, blueprints, and building codes
- Measure and mark installation points with precision
- Cut and assemble railing components to ensure a secure, level, and visually appealing fit
- Work with materials such as wood, steel, and glass
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ensure all work areas are clean and safe

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in railing installation preferred
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Physical ability to lift materials and work on ladders or scaffolding as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience installing custom or high-end railing systems
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and safety regulations
- Welding or metal fabrication experience a plus
