Couturist is a local women's fashion boutique store located in the heart of downtown Vancouver. In addition to Couturist house label, our boutique carries unique brands and pieces from all across the globe.

We're currently hiring for full-time Assistant Manager who has passion for fashion, for our **Metrotown location**

Qualifications/attributes:

- familiar with POS and confident with handling cash
- strong work ethic, goal driven, take initiative
- attention to details
- excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently
- comfortable working in fast-paced environment
- dedicated and seeking long-term employment
- willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
- second language is a preferred asset

**Responsibilities**:

- provide exemplary customer service; establish rapport with potential and actual customers
- act as floor supervisor in management absence to ensure smooth store operations
- be a leader in executing store operational duties with store opening and closing procedures
- be a team player, build a productive working relationship with other staff members
- maintain and merchandise the store to comply with company standards
- assist in product and inventory functions and business processes
- maximize productivity, ensure compliance and consistent execution of company policies
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company information, promotions, and ensuring that the rest of the team is up-to-date as well
- arriving early to open the store and start preparations for the day
- Leaving late to close the store

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
